Associate — Corporate (Capital Markets & Governance), San Diego

Well-regarded national corporate team is seeking a mid-level associate for its San Diego office to support public and private company work. The role focuses on capital markets transactions, SEC (’34 Act) reporting and exchange compliance, and corporate governance matters for sophisticated public-company clients.

Successful candidates will manage day-to-day client demands, work closely with deal teams on financings and M&A, and support high-growth issuers on general corporate matters. The team values candidates with prior experience at a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials.

• 4–7 years' transactional experience in corporate practice, including capital markets
• Experience with SEC reporting, corporate governance and exchange compliance for public companies
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle demanding workflows
