Top-tier international law firm seeks a 2nd–3rd year corporate associate to join its San Diego capital markets team. The group advises on a full range of public and private securities matters, including IPOs, follow‑on offerings, high‑yield and investment‑grade debt, and other capital‑raising structures.

The team works across offices on complex, cross‑border transactions and benefits from a centralized securities and regulatory support unit to provide real‑time guidance on listing and disclosure issues. This role offers exposure to sophisticated public company representation and market‑leading capital markets workstreams.

2+ years of experience in capital markets and/or public company representation.
Demonstrated experience drafting securities filings and transactional documents for equity and debt offerings.
Strong academic record and excellent drafting, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on fast‑paced, complex transactions with cross‑office teams.
