Associate, Corporate & Commercial — Bogotá

Growing corporate and commercial team in Bogotá is seeking an associate to support advisory work for insurers, reinsurers and corporate clients. The role combines regulatory, commercial and insurance-focused matters in a fast-paced, client-facing practice.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering exposure to regulatory guidance, commercial contracting and insurance coverage matters. The team advises on Colombian market issues for local and international insurers as well as corporate clients.

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in commercial or corporate law
• At least 1 year advising insurance companies or on insurance-related matters
• Proven client contact experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
