Associate, Construction (Bogotá)

International law firm office in Bogotá is hiring an Associate to join its Infrastructure / Construction team. The role offers hands-on experience on project and construction matters within a high‑quality, cross-border practice.

The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced lawyers on market-relevant infrastructure transactions and disputes, benefit from structured training and international secondment opportunities, and develop technical expertise in construction law.

• Law degree (licensed/qualified to practice).
• 0–2 years' professional experience in construction or infrastructure law.
• High level of English.
• Strong teamwork, technical drafting and analytical skills; motivated and client-focused.
