Senior associate-level role within a national corporate team focused on the Education sector. You will work on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and collaborations across higher education, further education and schools.

The role offers exposure to regional and international transactions and the opportunity to work with a market-leading education practice. You will support deal execution, regulatory and transactional structuring and contribute to business development across the sector.

2–8 years post-qualification corporate/M&A experience, ideally with exposure to education-sector transactions (higher education preferred; schools/further education advantageous)
Proven track record on M&A, joint ventures or collaborations and ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines
Strong client-care skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally; experience supervising or coaching junior lawyers preferred at senior levels
Commercial mindset, enthusiasm for sector-led business development and comfort working across international teams
