Associate — Corporate (Emerging Companies & Growth) — Boston

We are seeking a corporate associate to join a busy emerging companies & growth practice in Boston. The team advises startups, growth-stage companies and their investors across formation, equity and growth financings and other corporate matters.

The role will involve day-to-day transactional work on venture and growth financings, startup-stage corporate governance, and collaborations with cross‑border offices on more complex financings and exit-related matters. The group serves clients across technology, life sciences and other innovation sectors.

• Minimum 3 years and up to 6 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on emerging companies, venture financings and related work
• Demonstrated experience with equity financings and company formation/corporate governance
• Strong academic background and proven drafting and commercial judgment
