Top-tier global firm seeks an associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth practice in New York. The group advises startups, venture investors and growth-stage companies across formation, venture financings, growth equity, structured financings and exit strategies.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactional work — early-stage and growth financings, strategic corporate counseling, and matters that intersect with public-company and capital markets issues. The team works closely with practices across corporate, M&A and capital markets and supports clients from formation through liquidity events.

3–7 years of relevant US associate experience (emerging growth companies, venture capital, growth financings or capital markets).
Transactional experience drafting and negotiating financing documents, equity arrangements and related corporate agreements.
Comfort with matters that touch public-company and capital markets work.
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and commercial judgment; admitted to practice in NY or eligible for admission.
