Associate — Corporate (Equity Derivatives) — New York

Join a global corporate team that advises on strategic equity transactions and complex equity-linked financings. The group handles a wide range of equity derivatives and structured securities work, including convertible financings, issuer forwards, variable prepaid forwards, collars, margin loans and structured repurchase/acquisition arrangements.

The role offers high-stakes, transaction-driven work with cross-border coverage across major financial centers. You will develop product expertise at the intersection of securities law, tax, secured finance and restructuring, working on both financing/hedging and capital-raising matters.

This position is ideal for a transactional associate who seeks exposure to sophisticated equity derivatives and capital markets work and who wants to build versatile drafting and structuring skills across related areas.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in New York.
• Approximately 2+ years of transactional experience; candidates in the 3rd–6th year range are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant background in capital markets, derivatives (ISDA), secured transactions and/or restructuring/bankruptcy is helpful.
• Strong drafting, deal execution and commercial judgment; ability to manage fast-paced, complex transactions and coordinate cross-border teams.
