Leading German corporate practice seeks a qualified lawyer to join its Hamburg team focusing on corporate law, corporate governance and advisory work for family-owned businesses, with involvement in related corporate litigation.

The role combines transactional and contentious work: advising on governance structures, shareholder matters and intra-group disputes, and supporting clients through negotiations and court proceedings where required. You will work closely with partners and senior associates on national and cross-border mandates.

The team offers a collaborative environment, regular client contact and opportunities to develop technical expertise across both advisory and litigation aspects of corporate practice.

Qualified Rechtsanwalt (admitted in Germany)
Solid experience in corporate law with exposure to corporate governance and shareholder/family business matters
Experience or interest in corporate litigation and dispute resolution
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills; excellent German (spoken and written)
