Growing financial services team seeks a junior corporate finance associate (2–3 years' experience) to join its commercial finance practice in Nashville, TN (preferred) or New York City for the right candidate. The role focuses on representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real‑estate and cash‑flow loans.

The position offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on training and close collaboration with an established team on national transactions. The firm prefers a candidate who resides in or is willing to relocate to the Nashville area before hire; applicants eligible to be licensed in the state where they will work are encouraged to apply.

2+ years of transferable experience in commercial finance (lender and/or borrower representation)
Experience with lending transactions — asset‑based, real‑estate and/or cash‑flow structures
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and transactional skills, and attention to detail
Active bar admission, or ability to waive/obtain licensure in the hiring state; willingness to be based in Nashville (preferred) or New York City
