Major international law firm is seeking a 2nd–5th year Corporate associate to join its Fintech and digital assets practice in the San Francisco or Palo Alto office. The role focuses on advising companies and investors active in blockchain, cryptocurrency and related technology-driven finance.

Work will include venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings and securities law matters, alongside general corporate work. The team handles sophisticated matters for market-leading financial institutions, startups and investors.

Ideal candidates will have strong law firm training, demonstrable interest or experience in digital assets/crypto, and excellent academic credentials.

2–5 years of post-qualification/corporate law firm experience
Experience or strong interest in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital-asset transactions
Experience with venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings and securities-related issues
Outstanding academic record and solid transactional law firm experience
