The team advises public and private companies, institutional investors and boards on governance, disclosure and shareholder activism matters, and works cross-functionally on risk management and crisis-response engagements.

- 2–4 years post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law at a leading law firm (Canada, US or UK).

- Self-starter who performs well in a fast-paced, client-facing environment; excellent client service skills and strong academic record.
