Associate — Corporate Governance & Securities, Toronto

We are seeking an associate with 2–4 years of corporate and securities experience to join a market-leading corporate governance practice in Toronto. The team advises public and private companies, institutional investors and boards on governance, disclosure and shareholder activism matters, and works cross-functionally on risk management and crisis-response engagements.

The role offers frequent exposure to high-profile governance and securities issues, opportunities to draft and advise on public-company disclosure and board materials, and to support strategic responses to activist engagements.
