Senior associate-level role within a busy corporate & commercial team in Hong Kong. The post involves advising local, regional and international clients on corporate transactions, commercial arrangements and cross-border matters, with regular exposure to data protection, intellectual property and employment issues.

The role offers direct client contact, responsibility for managing matters from inception to completion, and close collaboration with partners and colleagues across jurisdictions. There are opportunities to work on complex, sector-diverse mandates including energy, financial services, healthcare, real estate, retail and TMT.

Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong
3–7 years' post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm
Solid grounding in corporate and commercial law with experience in M&A, cross-border transactions, data protection/privacy and IP; employment experience advantageous
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills; ability to manage matters independently and mentor junior colleagues
Excellent client-facing, communication and project-management skills; strong written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin capability preferred
