An opportunity for a junior corporate associate (1-3 PQE) to join a leading private equity-focused transactions team in Hong Kong. The role involves working on complex, high-value cross-border M&A and private capital matters across the APAC region, including buyouts, minority investments, take-privates, secondaries and selected pre-IPO work.

You will receive early responsibility and direct client exposure, collaborating with funds, debt and sector specialists across multiple jurisdictions. The team emphasises commercial, technical drafting and transactional skills within a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE
Experience in Corporate / M&A with exposure to private equity or private capital transactions
Fluent Mandarin
Strong technical drafting and transactional skills
Able to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
Commercially minded, proactive and solution-oriented
Strong communicator, collaborative team player and organised with attention to detail
