Top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its corporate team in the United States. The role supports a high-volume, fast-paced practice advising domestic and international companies on locating, expanding, and developing major facilities (headquarters, manufacturing, data centers, distribution and large office projects) and on identifying and negotiating discretionary economic development and incentive packages.

The position is embedded in an integrated, multidisciplinary team serving global clients. The firm seeks a process-driven lawyer with immediately transferable transactional skills who can handle substantial matter responsibility, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices in a hybrid working environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Approximately 6 years' post-qualification transactional experience advising on economic development incentives and corporate real estate/expansion matters
Strong legal research, drafting and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, exercise good business judgment, and mentor junior associates
