Associate, Corporate Litigation — Wilmington, DE

Established global law firm is seeking an associate to join its litigation team in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on corporate and commercial litigation matters, with significant work in the Delaware Court of Chancery and federal litigation in the District of Delaware.

Successful candidates will support case strategy and manage substantive drafting, research, and court filings; attend hearings, depositions, and other litigation events; and work closely with colleagues and clients on complex disputes. The position is hybrid with a regular in-office presence.

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, ideally with Delaware Court of Chancery and/or District of Delaware work
• JD and licensed to practice in Delaware or have sat the Delaware bar and awaiting admission
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively
