Mid-level Litigation Associate — Wilmington

Mid-level associates (Class of 2020–2022) are being sought for a busy Wilmington litigation team with significant work in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The role involves commercial, corporate and securities litigation at trial and appellate levels, including derivative and fiduciary-duty matters, bankruptcy and statutory appraisal work.

The team handles complex, high‑stakes commercial disputes and offers structured professional development, an enhanced mentorship program for lateral joiners, and an active pro bono practice. The position follows a hybrid working model with regular in‑office days and defined remote periods.

• 2–4 years of litigation experience (mid‑level associates / Class of 2020–2022)
• Experience with commercial or corporate litigation; exposure to Delaware Court of Chancery matters preferred
• Strong drafting, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
