Restructuring Associate (Multi-Office)

A leading global law firm seeks a restructuring associate to join its finance group, with the position open across multiple U.S. offices.

The role focuses on representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters. Debtor-side experience is particularly valued.

The associate will handle legal research and analysis, draft and negotiate documents, support deal execution, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across practices and offices to deliver integrated client solutions.

• 1–2 years of restructuring experience advising companies in financial distress, lenders and creditors
• Experience with complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters (debtor-side experience preferred)
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of the relevant office
• Strong analytical, writing, organizational and communication skills
