Chancery Litigation Associate — Wilmington

Chambers-ranked Chancery litigation team in Wilmington is seeking a litigation associate with 4–6 years' experience to handle complex Delaware fiduciary- and governance-related disputes. The role offers substantive courtroom and motion practice in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related state and federal forums.

Ideal candidates will have direct Delaware Chancery experience on matters such as shareholder disputes and breach of fiduciary duty claims; experience in commercial or securities litigation is a plus. The team emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail and lawyer development within a collaborative national practice.

Active admission to the Delaware bar is required.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience (PQE)
• Direct Delaware Court of Chancery experience handling shareholder disputes, fiduciary-duty or governance matters
• Experience with commercial and/or securities litigation a plus
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills
• Active Delaware bar admission
