Litigation Associate — Minneapolis

Experienced litigation associate sought for a busy Minneapolis litigation team at a large national firm. The role offers work across commercial/business litigation, employment matters, product liability and toxic torts, with opportunity for substantive courtroom and motion practice.

Primary responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions, handling court appearances, and steering matters through all stages under limited supervision. The team offers a competitive compensation package and standard employee benefits.

Minneapolis-based role; hybrid working arrangements are typical. Admission to the Minnesota bar is required.

• 2–7 years of civil litigation experience (commercial litigation, products liability, and/or employment law)
• Admission to the Minnesota Bar
• Proven discovery management and e-discovery experience
• Strong legal research, brief writing, oral advocacy, and deposition skills; ability to manage files and courtroom responsibilities independently
