Associate — Corporate & M&A, Athens

Well-established global corporate practice is hiring an Associate to join its Athens team. The role offers exposure to national and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, working closely with international colleagues across the firm's network.

The successful candidate will participate in transaction work (due diligence, drafting and negotiating documentation), advise on corporate governance and compliance matters, and support multinational and financial institution clients on complex deals.

• Qualified to practice Greek law (England & Wales qualification may also be considered)
• 1–4 years' PQE in corporate/M&A or related transactional experience
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively in international teams
