Associate — Corporate (M&A), Atlanta

Growing corporate practice seeks a midlevel transactional associate for the Atlanta office, with the option to consider candidates for a Chicago placement. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions across middle‑market and strategic deals.

The team handles complex buy‑ and sell‑side matters; the successful candidate will work on all stages of transactions, draft and negotiate deal documents, coordinate due diligence, and liaise with cross‑functional internal teams and external counsel.

• 3–4 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate/M&A transactional work
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and drafting skills
• Proven deal experience (drafting purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, due diligence)
• Ability to work collaboratively with deal teams and manage client service priorities
• Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission
