Top-tier international law firm seeking an Associate to join its German corporate/M&A team. The role is open to applicants for full-time, permanent positions based in one of the firm's German offices, with Berlin as a primary location.

The team advises on domestic and cross-border M&A, takeover offers, joint ventures, private equity transactions, restructurings and company law matters. You will work on complex transactions as part of a motivated, internationally-oriented team.

German law degree with above-average academic results
Strong written and spoken English
Interest or experience in M&A, private equity and corporate restructurings
Commercial mindset, initiative and creative legal thinking
