Full-time associate position in a well-regarded German corporate team, supporting domestic and cross-border M&A and general corporate matters. The role sits within a national platform with offices across Germany; the successful candidate may be based in Bonn or another German office.

Work will include advising on corporate transactions, company law issues and contract matters for corporate clients across industries. The team offers exposure to transactional work and opportunities to develop technical skills and client-facing experience.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission to practise in Germany.
Experience in corporate law and M&A or related transactional work.
Strong drafting and project management skills; comfortable working on cross-border matters.
Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
