Join a well-regarded national law firm’s Brisbane corporate team as an Associate focused on M&A and corporate transactions. You will work on a mix of private company and listed transactions, joint ventures and domestic reorganisations alongside senior deal lawyers.

The role offers exposure to across-the-board transactional work, direct client engagement and the opportunity to develop in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong technical drafting and commercial judgment are required.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia (or immediately eligible).
Practical experience in corporate/M&A transactions (acquisitions, disposals, JV or restructure work).
Solid drafting skills for transaction documents and due diligence.
Commercial mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work in small teams under deadline pressure.
