Growing Corporate/M&A team in Brussels is seeking an associate with 4–6 years’ experience to work on cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. The role offers exposure to high‑visibility deals for Belgian and international clients within an established international firm.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and benefit from structured training, close partner support and an international working environment.

4–6 years’ PQE in a reputable law firm corporate/M&A practice
Qualified to practise Belgian law
Dutch or French mother tongue with good working knowledge of the other language
Excellent written and spoken English; strong drafting and oral communication skills
Superior academic credentials; an LL.M. (UK/US) is advantageous
Team player, solution‑oriented and well organised
