Join a well-regarded German corporate practice in Frankfurt as a transactional associate focused on M&A and general corporate matters. You will work on cross-border and domestic transactions, advising clients across industry sectors on acquisitions, reorganisations and related commercial agreements.

The role offers exposure to both deal execution and client-facing project work within a collaborative team. There are opportunities to develop technical skills, take increasing responsibility on mandates, and work alongside experienced partners and counsel.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt / -anwältin) or on-track to qualification
Practical experience in corporate law and M&A transactions (worked on deal documentation, due diligence, SPA/transactional agreements)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Fluency in German; very good English for cross-border work
Team-oriented, able to manage multiple matters and client interactions
