Associate — Corporate / M&A, Frankfurt

We are seeking mid-level associates to join a busy corporate/M&A team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on advising on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, and group reorganisations, as well as general corporate matters.

The team works on international mandates and uses modern legal technology; the practice offers structured training, mentorship and buddy support, regular national and international networking, and flexible career-path options.

• Qualified lawyer with several years' corporate/M&A experience (mid-level)
• Experience on domestic and cross-border transactions (M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Fluent German and very good English; team-oriented and tech-aware
