Associate — Corporate / M&A, Frankfurt

Experienced corporate associate sought for a busy Frankfurt corporate team with a strong M&A and transactional focus. The role involves advising on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and supporting deal execution across a range of industries.

The team works closely with tax and regulatory specialists; candidates should expect a mix of lead drafting, due diligence coordination and client-facing work. The position offers exposure to complex transactions and the opportunity to develop within a well-established German practice.

• Qualified German attorney (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent bar qualification
• Relevant experience in corporate law, M&A and transactional work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with due diligence
• Fluent German and strong English; confident client communication
