You will advise on buy‑ and sell‑side deals, fund and portfolio company work, management equity arrangements and related financing, tax and capital markets aspects.
The role offers early responsibility on complex cross‑border matters, structured training and mentorship from senior lawyers, and exposure to high‑profile international clients and transactions.
- Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission
- Practical Private Equity / M&A experience at a leading law firm
- Strong transactional skills across acquisitions, financings and fund matters
- Fluent German and very good English; ability to work on cross‑border matters
