Senior associate opportunity in a global firm's Hong Kong corporate and M&A team. The role focuses on leading and supporting complex cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and related corporate commercial matters.

You'll work closely with international teams on due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders. The position is office-based and suited to candidates who can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with ~8 years' PQE in corporate/M&A work
Proven experience on cross-border M&A, PE and VC transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
Fluent English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese advantageous
