Leading international law firm is recruiting corporate associates for its Asia practice based in Hong Kong. The team handles cross-border mergers & acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions across Asia, offering exposure to large, high‑profile and precedent-setting matters.

Associates will work closely with senior lawyers across the region and may have opportunities to collaborate on matters in Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo. The role is suited to candidates seeking long‑term Asia-focused practice development and high levels of transactional responsibility.

Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (or equivalent) with corporate/M&A transactional experience
Proven ability on complex, cross‑border deals and strong drafting and negotiation skills
Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast‑paced, team environments
Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous but not required
