Join a leading international corporate team advising on cross‑border transactions across Southeast Asia, including public and private M&A, private equity, takeovers, joint ventures and related regulatory matters. The role supports regional deal work for clients across financial services, consumer and technology sectors.

As an Associate you will draft and review transaction documentation, provide commercial legal advice, contribute to internal know‑how and assist on business development activities. You will report to senior deal lawyers and work closely with regional teams on Indonesia matters.

Excellent academic credentials
Admitted in Indonesia (PERADI)
1–3 years PQE (UK scale)
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
Exposure to Indonesian transactional work; experience at a top‑tier firm advantageous
Strong drafting, communication, networking and teamwork skills
