You will advise corporates, mid‑market companies and investors on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and shareholder disputes, with early client contact and responsibility for transactional and advisory assignments.

German law degree with strong exam results
Qualified Rechtsanwalt (or imminent qualification) — suitable for entry-level candidates or those with some prior experience in corporate/M&A
Good English for international mandates
Strong interpersonal, tactical and negotiation skills; team-oriented with strategic thinking
