Associate — Corporate (M&A) — London

Join a fast-growing international corporate team in London as a junior/mid-level Corporate Associate. The role involves advising on a broad range of cross-border corporate matters, with particular exposure to high-profile international M&A (public and private), and opportunities on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets work.

• 2–3 years post-qualification experience (junior/mid level) in a corporate practice.
• Proven experience leading on corporate transactions, particularly cross-border M&A; exposure to PE, VC and ECM is desirable.
• Ability to give clear, practical commercial advice and work effectively on international, team-driven matters.
• Strong communication, organisation and client-service skills; adaptable to a range of corporate assignments.
