Associate — Corporate M&A, Miami

Top-tier national law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate/M&A team in the Miami office. The role focuses on public and private M&A and private equity transactions, working on complex deals from inception through closing.

The team handles accretive acquisitions, buyouts and governance matters across industries. The position offers responsibility for drafting acquisition agreements and related transactional documentation, leading due diligence teams, and collaborating across practices.

• Approximately 4 years of transactional M&A and private equity experience.
• Proven drafting and deal-management skills on acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Experience leading due diligence and working on corporate governance matters; ability to train and supervise junior associates.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission; strong academic record and writing skills; submit resume and official transcripts for consideration.
