Well‑regarded Italian law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Milan corporate team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to corporate law, commercial contracts and extraordinary transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, as part of a collaborative deal team.

The successful candidate will work on transactional matters for a varied client base, contributing to drafting, due diligence and deal execution while receiving mentorship from senior lawyers. This is an opportunity to develop transactional skills within a structured professional services environment.

Degree in Law
Up to 2 years post‑qualification experience in corporate/M&A or related practice
Strong drafting and transaction support skills (commercial contracts, due diligence)
Excellent written and spoken English
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams; prior experience in a structured firm is a plus
