Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice in Pennsylvania
4–6 years of corporate/M&A transactional experience
Proven drafting experience with commercial agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements and related transactional documents
Working knowledge of corporate and partnership tax concepts
Strong writing and academic record; ability to work independently and interact directly with clients; large-firm experience preferred; strong ties to Montgomery County required
