Growing corporate team in Denver seeks an entry-level Associate to support M&A and private equity transactions and related corporate matters. The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactional work for financial sponsors, portfolio companies, and founder-owned businesses across health care and other regulated sectors.

You'll join a collaborative, nationally active practice and work on deal execution, governance documents, and routine corporate counseling. The team emphasizes professional development, community engagement, and a supportive benefits package.

• J.D. and admission to the Colorado Bar.
• Experience or strong interest in private equity-backed M&A, sponsor transactions, and transactional corporate work.
• Experience drafting governing documents (bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements) and transactional documents; superior drafting and attention to detail.
• Strong academic background; proactive, team-oriented, and professional communication skills.
