Associate – Corporate (M&A / Private Equity), Frankfurt

Leading international US law firm seeks associates to join its Frankfurt corporate practice with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. The role involves supporting cross-border transactional work, deal execution and client-facing documentation within a collaborative transactional team.

Candidates will join an international environment with structured training, mentoring and regular team networking. The team works on complex domestic and cross-border transactions with frequent interaction across offices.

• Qualified lawyer with successful state exam results or equivalent German legal qualification
• Some relevant experience or internships in M&A/PE or transactional work preferred; junior candidates with strong academic records are considered
• Very good English skills; any foreign secondment or international experience is an advantage
• Strong teamwork, commercial interest and initiative
