Top-tier international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Corporate M&A & Private Equity team in Germany. The group advises on a full range of domestic and cross-border buy- and sell-side M&A and private equity transactions across industry sectors.

This role is open to candidates based in Munich (with opportunities across other German offices). The team handles complex and high-value transactions, working with cross-border deal teams and specialist groups (tax, antitrust, finance and employment) to deliver commercial advice.

2–5 years' post-qualification transactional experience at a commercial law firm, ideally with M&A and/or private equity exposure
Experience advising on corporate transactions (buy‑side, sell‑side, carve‑outs, or private equity investments)
Strong drafting and deal execution skills; ability to work in cross-border teams
Fluency in English; German language skills or qualification to practise in Germany preferred
