Experienced corporate lawyer opportunity in Munich within a busy, cross-border corporate/M&A practice. You will work on transactions for strategic and financial investors, advising on buy‑ and sell‑side deals, restructurings and related corporate matters across small-, mid- and large‑cap mandates.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting deal teams throughout all transaction phases: coordinating due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, and working with other practice groups on multidisciplinary assignments. The role offers structured on‑the‑job training and clear development paths.

Qualified lawyer with strong exam results and a demonstrable commercial mindset
Minimum ~3 years’ post‑qualification experience in M&A and corporate law
Very good written and spoken English for international mandates
Independent, reliable, team‑oriented and comfortable handling complex transactional work
