Senior-level associate role in a busy Toronto corporate group focused on domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate finance and securities matters. The team advises on public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and ongoing corporate compliance work for corporate clients.

The group seeks a motivated, client-focused lawyer who will work on deal execution, document drafting and client-facing matters within a collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume practice with exposure to sophisticated corporate transactions.

2–5 years of PQE in corporate and securities law at a major law firm
Experience with M&A, public and/or private financings and corporate securities work
Strong drafting, communication and transactional execution skills
Self-starter with excellent client service orientation and commercial judgment
Strong academic record
