Fast-growing corporate team in Stuttgart is seeking an associate to support M&A and venture capital work. The role covers buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, corporate restructurings and ongoing corporate advisory for German and international clients.

You will work on transaction mandates and investment rounds, draft and negotiate agreements, conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with tax and regulatory specialists across offices. The role offers exposure to cross-border matters and hands-on deal execution.

The team provides mentoring and development opportunities toward a long-term corporate practice in M&A and VC-focused transactions.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission
Practical experience in corporate/M&A and venture capital matters
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with due diligence
Fluent German and good English for client work and cross‑border coordination
Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
