Associate — Corporate (M&A & Venture) | Palo Alto

Growing Palo Alto corporate practice seeks a junior associate (1–2 years) to work on a broad corporate docket for technology, life sciences and other high-growth clients. The role involves representing emerging and growth-stage companies, investors and established businesses on financings, M&A and general corporate matters.

Ideal candidates will have prior law firm corporate experience, strong academics, and a demonstrated interest in venture-backed and growth-company work. The team handles both private and public company matters within an internationally-oriented practice.

• 1–2 years of corporate transactional experience (law firm background preferred)
