Associate — Corporate & Private Equity, Dallas

Top-tier corporate practice seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate & Private Equity group. The role supports a broad range of private equity matters, including buyouts, minority and growth investments, sponsor and limited partner work, fund formations, and related transactional matters. The team handles both buy- and sell-side transactions and represents emerging managers and institutional investors.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Several years of transactional experience in private equity, M&A, fund formation, or related corporate work.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, equity and debt documents, fund documents, and ancillary transaction agreements.
• Strong deal execution skills, due diligence experience, and the ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships.
