Top-tier New York office seeks a transactional associate to join a busy Corporate Real Estate team. The role focuses on joint venture matters and commercial real estate transactions for institutional and private investors.

The team handles cross-cutting CRE work; the hire will work on JV formations and governance, and on asset-level sale/purchase work as needed. This is an opportunity to join a well-established U.S. firm with a national and international real estate practice.

4–6 years of law firm transactional experience.
Substantive real estate joint venture experience is essential (experience may be from CRE/RE, M&A, or private investment funds practices).
Experience with sale/purchase transactions for real estate portfolios preferred.
Demonstrated experience on complex transactional matters and ability to manage deal workstreams.
