Seeking an Associate to join a leading international law firm's Vienna office to work across corporate and related transactional practice areas. The role involves supporting client work across a range of groups including corporate/M&A, antitrust & competition, banking & finance, IP, tech & data, dispute resolution, public law, real estate and tax.

The team offers a structured, international environment with a focus on professional development, hands-on deal and advisory work, and exposure to cross-border matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers on transactional and advisory matters and contribute to high-quality legal output.

Completion of Austrian legal studies with above-average results.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Strong attention to detail, an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
International experience or specialised academic/legal experience (LL.M., dissertation, internships, research assistant roles or prior firm experience) is advantageous.
