Join a growing corporate restructuring and insolvency team based in London, working on a broad mix of solvent and insolvent restructurings, refinancing and distressed-investment matters. The team advises on restructuring plans and schemes, pre-insolvency planning, directors’ duties, formal insolvencies and cross-border COMI issues.

The role is focused on predominantly non-contentious work with opportunities to support formal insolvency processes, distressed M&A, security reviews and investor-side advice. You will manage matters, draft and supervise documents, liaise with stakeholders and contribute to business development and knowledge management.

This is a hands-on position offering early responsibility and exposure across a varied caseload within a collaborative, multi-office team.

2–5 years' PQE in restructuring, insolvency or related corporate/finance work
Experience of predominantly non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters (corporate and/or personal)
Trained at a regional commercial practice or City firm; strong academic background
Commercial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organisational skills
Team player comfortable working across locations, with appetite for client contact and business development
