Associate — Corporate Restructuring, London

Senior-junior associate role in a leading international corporate restructuring practice based in London. The team advises on a wide range of in‑ and out‑of‑court restructurings, insolvency-related disputes and special situations, including complex cross‑border matters and structured private capital transactions.

The role offers exposure to high‑profile, multi‑jurisdictional restructurings and regular collaboration with M&A, private equity, finance and disputes teams. The team provides formal training, mentoring, and a hybrid working pattern with significant on‑the‑job responsibility and partner feedback.

• 1–2 years' post‑qualification experience in London or a comparable common‑law jurisdiction
